To upgrade your subscription plan:

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Click on "Subscription" in the sidebar
3. Select your desired plan
4. Complete the payment process

AI writing features are available to all users, but with different limitations based on your subscription plan:

• Free users get 5 AI prompts per month with GPT-3.5
• Starter users get 100 AI prompts per month with GPT-3.5
• Pro users get 300 AI prompts per month with GPT-4
• Business users get unlimited AI prompts with GPT-4

If you're unable to access the AI features, make sure you haven't used all your monthly prompts. You can check your remaining prompts in your dashboard.

Our rich text editor provides formatting options for your content:

• Use the floating toolbar to format text (bold, italic, headings, etc.)
• Simply highlight text to see formatting options
• For extended AI assistance, use the AI Assistant panel

To update your account settings:

1. Click on your profile name in the top-right corner
2. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu
3. Click the "Edit Profile" button
4. Update your information and click "Save Changes"

Our AI writing assistant offers several prompts to help with your writing:

• Continue Writing: The AI will continue your text based on what you've already written
• Improve Paragraph: The AI will enhance clarity, style, and readability
• Generate Title Suggestions: Get title ideas based on your content
• Generate Conclusion: Create a fitting conclusion for your post

Once you've used all your monthly AI prompts, you'll need to wait until the next billing cycle for your allocation to reset. You can always upgrade your plan to get more prompts immediately.

Your prompt usage is shown in your dashboard, so you can track how many you have left for the current month.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After canceling, you'll still have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
